Miami Worldcenter is expected to be one of the global centers of the world, and it has been expanding its offerings with many incredible brands. Juvia, a popular restaurant formerly located in South Beach, will reopen on the 12th floor of Block H. Villa One Tequila Gardens, co-owned by Nick Jonas and John Varvatos, will also offer a rooftop dining experience. The culinary scene will also include Maple & Ash, a Chicago steakhouse, Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe, Sixty Vines, Serafina, BurgerFi, and Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. New retail openings include The Container Store, the Museum of Ice Cream, Lucky Strike, and Club Studio. MWC is expected to be completed in 2026.
